ABOUT US:
Student Engagement Department
The Student Engagement Department at NCL is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive community across all campuses. It serves as the bridge between students and the College, ensuring every student鈥檚 voice is heard and valued.
Key responsibilities of the department include:
- Event Organization: Planning and delivering a wide range of activities, from on-campus events like coffee mornings, charity drives, and cultural celebrations to international trips and exploratory tours.
- Student Representatives: Facilitating the election and training of Student Representatives, who collaborate with the department to address student concerns and shape initiatives.
- Alumni Association: SE&A department is dedicated to expanding the Alumni Association and evolving it into a dynamic and interconnected NCL Community. Maintaining connections with graduates to provide ongoing opportunities for networking, employability, and participation in events.
- HESA: The Student Engagement Department encourages graduates to participate in the HESA Graduate Outcomes Survey by raising awareness, promoting participation, providing support, and using the data to enhance student engagement, career services, and alumni relations.
The department is focused in creating an engaging environment where students thrive academically, socially, and professionally.
