Student Representatives
A Student Representative must possess the following key attributes:(this description of attributes and responsibilities should be at higher education grade level).
Integrity: Uphold integrity and set a positive role model for peers.
Kindness: Demonstrate good behaviour and genuine care for others.
Focus: Stay focused and actively engage in all classroom activities.
Responsibility: Consistently complete assignments and fulfil responsibilities on time.
Courtesy: Treat peers, staff, and faculty with politeness and respect.
Respect: Value others' opinions and feelings.
Attendance: Be on time and attend regularly.
Communication: Listen actively and express ideas clearly, representing student voices.
Responsibilities of a Student Representative:
Engage regularly with classmates to improve the class standards.
Participate in Student Representatives Committee meetings each term.
Present and address class concerns during meetings.
Provide feedback and updates to fellow students.
Support the student engagement in organising events and trips.
Leadership: Take initiative, motivate peers, and guide teams toward common goals
